CEO Development

Private Coaching Sessions

Once a month each member has a private coaching session with his/her TAB-Certified Facilitator & SBL Coach. These are considered the “member’s meetings” and as such, we focus specifically on making progress towards the member’s prioritized goals during this time.

The Triangle area has two independently owned and operated TAB area franchises that are licensed, trained and certified to offer TAB International’s proprietary programs and processes. All local TAB Facilitators are business owners and have 20+ years of broad business, sr. management and/or consulting experience.  Both Dan Robertson and Walt Brown in the Triangle NC area are TAB-Certified Facilitators as well as an SBL-Certified Coaches (Strategic Business Leadership®).

Dan Robertson is the founder and president of the TAB-Triangle NC area which includes NW Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, RTP, Cary, Morrisville, Apex and Fuquay-Varina. Click here to view Dan’s profile

Walt Brown is the founder and president of the TAB-Raleigh NC area which includes Raleigh, Wake Forest, Garner and Zebulon. Click here to view Walts’ profile

Typically these sessions are used for the Facilitator/Coach to help the member with developing and implementing a strategic plan using TAB’s proprietary Strategic Business Leadership ® process to achieve their goals. Prioritization of the goals is aided by TAB’s Business Vantage™ assessment which helps define the gaps between the member’s priorities (expectations) for the company and the current performance (compared to best practices). This helps prioritize those areas that are likely to have a greater return-on-investment (closing the performance gap) without losing perspective of the areas critical for the member to achieve their long-term personal and company objectives.

These meetings often focus on the issues discussed at the previous Board meeting, or on implementation of  ideas or suggestions given by the Board to the member, or to prepare the issues that the member wants to bring up to the Board at the next meeting. However, they can also be used for many different purposes, such as:

  • Developing a business plan, marketing plan, sales plan
  • Assisting with organizational development issues
  • Working with the management team in solving problems
  • Prioritizing business needs
  • Developing a personal development plan
  • Helping to balance personal and business life
  • Any other issue that can use the expertise of the Facilitator

TAB membership is designed to help you save money, improve productivity and achieve success!
